The SOE faculty hold terminal degrees from reputable institutions in the United States and other nations. The diverse faculty is well prepared in both content knowledge and pedagogy and is involved in numerous professional organizations. Faculty are actively engaged in applied research which supports preK-12 and teacher education. Adjunct faculty are hired based upon their unique qualifications and preK-12 professional experiences.  A number of qualified supporting staff serve the School of Education in different offices.
