Belinda Davis Lazarus earned her Ph.D. in special ediucation. teacher education, and applied behavior analysis from The Ohio State University. Dr. Lazarus currently coordinates the Master of Education in Special Education. Her research interests include accommodations for students with disabilities, technology in schools, and distance learning delivery systems.

Dr. Lazarus' research interests include developing and testing strategies that promote the inclusion of students with disabilities into the general education classroom, developing and testing approaches to online instruction in teacher education, investigating web designs that provide information access for persons' with disabilities, and analysis of norm-referenced assessment tools.
