Enter your data in to excel and select the information to graph.

Click "Insert" and select "Chart"

Select the type of Chart or Graph

Check that the Chart or Graph type is correct

Add titles and click "Finish"

Adjust the chart or graph to the correct size

Click "File" and select "Save as Web Page"

Save the file to the Desktop

Locate the folder on the desktop and open it

Find the file in the folder with a .gif extension. This is the image file created from your graph or chart. The file now ready to be insert in to a web page, or uploaded to ctools.
Note
Be sure to save the original Excel file. If changes are required, open the original file and make the changed. Then repeat the instructions again.
