Pete Silveri is an adjunct consultant with the Michigan Association of School Boards.  He has 31 years of experience as a teacher, principal, and Director of Human Resources.  This includes experience on both sides of the negotiation table.

Mr. Silveri has degrees in education and administration from Western Michigan University and the University of Michigan.  He has also received training on labor relations from the Michigan Negotiators Association, University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and  Harvard University's Program on Negotiation.
