Jeff Aronoff is an associate with Miller Canfield and a member of the Public Law Group at Miller Canfield.  Jeff is a member of the Public Corporation Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association’s State and Local Government Section, and the Oakland County Bar Association.  His practice focuses on bond counsel representation of municipalities, school districts, tax increment finance authorities, downtown development authorities and state agencies.  Jeff's experience includes advising clients regarding general government matters and economic development law, including matters relating to the incorporation and ongoing operation of regional authorities and public/private partnerships.  He recently contributed to a report on financing local government services published by the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments and has lectured to local government leaders on topics including municipal investments, prevailing wage laws, public finance, and municipal law fundamentals.

Jeff received his law degree from Wayne State University Law School where he served as Editor-in-Chief of The Wayne Law Review.  He received his master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan’s Ford School of Public Policy, and a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Michigan State University.
