To apply for the MPA degree at UM-D you may obtain application forms from the Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies, Admissions Office, University of Michigan, 110 Rackham Bldg., Ann Arbor, Michigan 48109-1070 or Program Secretary, Elizabeth Morden at the Public Administration Program Office, U of M Dearborn. Applications must include:
Official Transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work completed; - Three letters of recommendation;
- A Statement of Purpose (in pursuing graduate study)
- The required application fee;
- A 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required for admission. Alternatively, applicants may submit GRE results or other materials (e.g. prior graduate work) indicating an ability to perform at a minimum 3.0 (B) graduate level.
